We charge our customer a call out fee structure based on 15 Minute time units @ R60-00 each. There will be a minumum call out fee of R120-00, in other words the first 30 Min will be the minumum charge, thereafter a rate of R60-00 per 15 Min interval applies.
When a call out is registered with our help desk, we enter all the necessary information in our accounting system database and a support call is raised with the on duty technician of the day. We will attend to your problem as speedily as what we possibly can within the boundries of our workload.
Some services like website and database design, firewalls, new systems will require much more time to implement, and therefore a quotation will be necessary before any work is commenced.
